Private landowner lot at the lake, 5 miles east of Joseph on Hwy 350 then Tucker Down Rd and Kinney Lake Rd. Access is by landowner permission (ODFW Easy Angling). Ask, stay a courteous guest, pack trash out. Not a state lot. No boats.
